Nicole is Co-Founder & Executive Director of the AESTUS Foundation. AESTUS was founded in 2015 to support the development of evidence based solutions to poverty and disadvantage. Nicole is a qualified Actuary who holds a Masters of International Development from Sydney University and comes from a career in investment banking in Sydney and London. Since completing her masters, Nicole has advised a range of international development organisations and provided strategic input at a board level. Nicole was also the founding board chair of the human rights organisation, International Justice Mission, Australia.
